But there’s good news: we also know more than ever how to help people reduce their stress and anxiety. I will work with you to loosen the grip of anxiety and release the tension of stress. We will look for changes you can make in behaviors and circumstances that will reduce the causes of anxiety. We will also identify approaches to help you to relax, to trust more, to let go, and to cope better when you can’t.
