Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, HSA/FSA cards, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
A limited number of reduced rate slots are available, based on financial need.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide their clients who either don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance, with an estimate, known as the Good Faith Estimate (“GFE”), of the expected charges for services. It can be difficult for a therapist to know how much treatment will be needed when a new client schedules services. The total cost of services will depend upon your individual circumstances and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. I will speak with you about this prior to or in your initial session. The GFE is based on information known at the time it was created. Unexpected costs may arise during treatment, and as part of your care I may recommend items or services that are not reflected in the GFE.
For more information about GFE and your right under it, please visit the website, https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers.
